Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and Chasing Growth t/a Intetrix Solutions ("Droplist", "we", "us"), a business based in South Africa. By creating a mission, using droplist.tech, or opening a shared mission link, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Droplist.

Droplist is a shareable checklist ("mission") you can create and share by link, with real-time task completion. Missions can be created without an account, and people you share a link with can complete tasks without signing up. We offer a free plan and a paid Pro plan with additional features.

You may use Droplist anonymously for basic missions, or create an account (by email/password or "Sign in with Google") to keep history and unlock features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to use Droplist to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to share - including other people’s personal information without a lawful basis;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or add people to missions who have not agreed to be contacted;
• attempt to breach security, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service; or
• resell or misrepresent the service.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you add to missions (tasks, notes, comments, files, links and voice recordings). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, transcode (for voice) and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the people you share with.

You are responsible for your content and for having the right to share it - including any personal information of recipients or guests you add. When you assign or notify people by email, you confirm you have a lawful basis to contact them.

A mission link is the key to that mission: anyone who has it can view and, depending on the link, complete or edit it. Share links only with people you intend to give access, and treat them like a password.

• The free plan is provided at no charge. Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. By subscribing you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• A free trial, where offered, converts to nothing unless you choose to subscribe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we’ll always try to be fair - contact us if something went wrong.

Droplist is intentionally ephemeral on the free plan: completed missions (and their files and voice notes) are automatically deleted after a short retention window. This is a core feature, not a fault. Keep your own copies of anything you need to retain, or upgrade to Pro to keep your history. We are not liable for free-plan data removed in the ordinary course of this feature.

We work to keep Droplist available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as available" basis and may add, change, or remove features. Some features may be labelled beta and can change or be withdrawn.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droplist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data on the free plan removed through the ephemeral feature. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Droplist and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (content licence you granted for past use, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms as the product or the law changes. We will post the new version here and update the effective date; material changes will be highlighted in the app or by email. Continuing to use Droplist after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
