About Droplist
Droplist is the shareable checklist app for getting things done with other people - without making anyone sign up, log in, or download an app.
Why we built it
Most to-do and checklist tools assume everyone involved already has - or will create - an account. That is fine for a team that lives in the same app all day. It falls apart the moment you need a cleaner, a volunteer, a contractor, a family member, or a guest to do a few things and check them off. They will not install your app or remember another password just to tick three boxes.
Droplist flips that around. You create a mission - a simple checklist - and share one link. Anyone who opens it can complete tasks instantly, in real time, on any device. No account, no login, no friction. When the work is done, the mission can quietly disappear, so you are never staring at a pile of old lists.
It works for Airbnb turnovers, cleaning teams, event setups, gym and store opening routines, onboarding, family chores, and anything else that is really just "a list of things, shared with a few people."
